What really leads to the advent of Automated Teller Machine (ATM) is to solve the overcrowding in the banking hall and also to withdraw with ease at any time of the day.

This has been helpful to the students around the globe where they can withdraw with ease whenever they are in need of money, ATM is now planted in most of the University premises in Nigeria for ease cash withdraw for the students’ populace.

Centering on Tai Solarin University of Education, the purpose of ATM can not be really far fetched because the crowd is always at the ATM stands. Out of 2 or 3 ATM’s that are in the school premises, hardly you see two working and this has been a worrying issue to the student’s populace.

Dasuki Hammed, 200 level from The Department Of Religious Studies, stated his opinion that the School ATMs Are Bad And Their Services Are Poor And When Asked On The Possible Solutions, He Said The Ubuntu 2016/2017 SUG EXCO And The School Management Should Endeavour To Invite More Banks So As To Solve The Lingering Problem.
Another Student Named Bamimodu Ayobami, 100Level Educational Management Student Who Was Obviously Annoyed Said All The ATMs In The School Should Be Replaced Except The WEMA ATM Because To Him WEMA ATM Is The Only ATM On Campus Doing Well.
Olateju Boboola, 100Level History and Diplomatic Studies Student, Stated That The Main Cause Of The Problem Is That The ATMs Are Not Enough And Lack Of Efficiency On The Part Of The Banks Staffs (he was particular about the access bank staffs). He Also Stated That The Remedy To The Issue Is to Create more ATM Stands to make it adequate And they should focus on Regular Maintenance Of The ATM Stands.
Ebiesuwa Oluwasegun, Who Is Also A 100Level Student Of History And Diplomatic Studies Was Also Of The Opinion That More ATMs Are Needed Because Those Available Are Not Enough And This has been Causing a Long Queue At The ATM Stands Which In Turn Waste Students Precious Time.
When Interviewed, Paul Blessing, a 200Level Biological Science Student From COSIT Stated That The SUG Should Should Lodge Complain At The Banks And Also Give Them Reasons Why They Must Be Steadfast In The Discharge Of Their Duties.

In The Same View, Akintola Michael, a 400Level Student From The Department Of Counselling Psychology Was Of The Opinion That The School Management Should Provide More ATMs In School.

However, Provision Of More ATM Stands On Campus, Replacement Of Any ATM Found Inefficient, we also implore the staff of the banks to ensure adequate responsibility and be effective to their work. You can send all your complaints to the dean of students affairs or SUG building.
